Information we collect
Information you give us directly
When you submit a form on our website — including our free audit request form — we collect:
- Your first name
- Your email address
- Your brand or company name
- Your Amazon storefront URL or ASIN, if you choose to provide it
- Your monthly Amazon revenue range
- The service you are interested in
- Any additional details you choose to share about your business
When you contact us by email or phone, we retain that correspondence.
Amazon account access
If you engage us for an audit or ongoing services, you may grant us read-only or managed access to your Amazon Seller Central advertising account, or send us reports exported from it. This may include advertising performance data, search term reports, product listings, and sales figures.
We access this data only to perform the services you have requested. We do not sell it, share it with other clients, or use it for any purpose other than your engagement. Where an audit involves account access, we sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement before receiving any data.
Information collected automatically
When you visit our website, we and our service providers may collect:
- IP address and approximate location
- Browser type and device information
- Pages viewed, time on page, and referring source
- Cookie and similar identifiers
We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure the performance of our advertising and to understand how visitors arrive at and move through our site. The Pixel may set cookies and share limited event data with Meta. You can control this through your browser settings and through Meta’s own ad preferences.
We embed video content from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode, which means YouTube does not set tracking cookies unless you choose to play the video.

- Our team. Employees and contractors of NextGen Profit Lab who need access to deliver your services.
- Service providers. Companies that host our website, deliver our email, run our advertising, and store our files. These include our hosting provider, email provider, Google (Drive, Sheets, Analytics), and Meta.
- Legal requirements. Where we are required to disclose information by law, regulation, or valid legal process.
We do not transfer client account data to any party outside these categories without your written consent.
How long we keep information
We retain form submissions and correspondence for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards, typically no more than three years from last contact.
Where we have delivered services under contract, we retain records for the period required by US tax and accounting rules.
Where an engagement ends, we remove our access to your Amazon account and delete or return working files on request.
You may ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing contact@nextgenprofitlab.com. We will comply unless we are required to retain it by law.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate
- Ask us to delete your information
- Object to or restrict how we use it
- Ask us not to use your information for marketing
- Withdraw consent you previously gave

If you are in California, the CCPA gives you the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell personal information as that term is defined under the CCPA.
If you are in the EU or UK, we process your information on the basis of your consent (where you submit a form), our legitimate interest in operating and marketing our business, and where relevant, performance of a contract. You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
